Clothing Alterations and repairs

Whether it's replacing a zip, turning a hem or modifying a special dress our experienced sewer, Debbie, has the skills for your alterations or repairs. Our mobile service means that work can be collected and returned to your home or office within a week from pick up or sooner. A while-you-wait or overnight service from our Stillwater workroom may be available, please ask if this is what you need. 

Sewing Classes

Host a basic skirt making sewing class in your home. Gather your friends around your table and learn to cut your own made-to-measure skirt pattern then learn the best way to sew it together. Suits group of 5 or less depending on your work space. Alternatively there is room for two in the Stillwater workroom (until the new workroom has been renovated).

A basic 'Start using your sewing machine' 2 hour class is $100 when hosted in your own home, invite up to 2 friends to share the cost and the learning.

Corset Making

Have the firm figure that a corset provides without the gym workout! A basic personalised corset made-to-measure starts from $180. Provide a metre of your own fabric should you have a particular textile you want to work with. Detailed, heavily boned and hand decorated corsets can cost up to $300. Lets work together to design what you want.
